Big Al is a dual-stage tube saturator offering a wide palette of gorgeous tones created by an interactive network inside the transformer-coupled pre-amp and power amplifier. The unique analog hardware, based on brand new circuitry and authentic NOS components from the 1930s, was developed specifically for this plugin.

OLDTIMER V1.1.0 – The Generation Delay

Oldtimer is a dual-topology delay that combines features of the analog “bucket brigade” circuits with early digital systems from the 70s. Wunderlich is a sonic journey through time. Built around the highly esoteric 1932 Arcturus tubes, this unique experiment is the epitome of vintage sound and old school tones. Its unique sound profile is based on the unusual topology and components of prototype analog hardware developed exclusively for this plugin.

The harmonies generated by the vintage Wunderlich tubes sound incredibly rich and realistic, combining a driver stage and a variable mu compressor for an inspiring interplay between saturation and dynamics. The classic EQ stage provides excellent tonal balance and sound shaping, while the Travel knob allows you to switch from the present to the future in just a second.

The RZ062 is based on the iconic 1960s tube equalizer, known for some of the most stylish bookshelves ever made. It offers carefully selected combinations of specialized Pivot (A) and Presence (B) modules within an optimized stereo system and midrange/sideband matrix, revealing new facets of vintage sound.

Super Charged

Expressive controls give the EF804S and ECC81 tube amplifiers complete control. Focus shifts the sound character between the bright edges of odd harmonics and the smooth depth of even harmonics, providing tonal definition. Drive amplifies the tubes, providing compensated gain up to 48 dB, and Mix allows you to adjust the desired amount of clean signal for a sophisticated, tonal layering.

The RZ062 surpasses the original model’s 2 dB limitation in a coarse step. Classic mode remains for bold, deliberate movements, but the controls can also be switched to continuous adjustment for precise adjustments. EQ and Drive can be used together or separately for workflow flexibility. From subtly softening vocals to boosting the volume of a mix, classic tone meets modern sophistication.
