Sets the level at which compression begins. Signals above the threshold are compressed using a classic British diode bridge, while signals below are passed unaffected.

Knee Control

Adjusts the transition between uncompressed and compressed signals. The soft knee provides a gradual onset of compression for transparent control, while the hard knee provides more aggressive and immediate compression.

Make-up Gain

compensates for gain reduction caused by compression. Allows you to match the output level to the input or add additional gain to improve the signal.

Mix Control

Blend dry and compressed signals for instant parallel compression. Ideal for preserving punch and transients while adding body and sustain.

Attack controls how quickly the compressor responds to signals exceeding the threshold.
Release determines how quickly compression stops after the signal drops below the threshold. This is critical for maintaining natural dynamics.
